Our Products
These beautiful hot tubs are made from plantation grown teak from a sustainable source. Teak is one of the most durable woods and is known throughout the world for its lasting qualities. Due to the high natural oil and rubber content Teak is the premier choice for this product and should not be compared to the inferior cedar tubs offered elsewhere. Teak has long been used in the production of high quality yachts and garden furniture where its durability and water resistance are among its prized qualities. Our Teak Hot Tub is in a league of it’s own other wooden tubs like cedar wood are of a completely different quality and no comparison can be made. What better choice for a wooden hot tub!
Fully Assembled - All the wooden hot tubs arrive fully assembled and plumbed for quick and easy installation. The tubs are constructed using the tongue and groove method so if access is a problem it would be possible for an extra charge, to assemble the tub on site from its component pieces. This means that a tub on a roof top terrace for example, becomes a possibility as all the components can be carried through doorways and up and down stairs. All units come with entry steps on the front wall for easy access and all external pipework is fully hidden behind external cladding so the positioning of the tub becomes a lot easier on site.
Heating and Filtration - The wooden hot tub is coupled to a spa pack which comprises of a pump to push the water through a filter to keep the water clean. If a 2 speed pump is used then it can be switched to run at high speed to supply water to the spa jets to deliver a powerful massage. Water is heated by a built in 6kw electric heater to make sure your spa is always at the desired temperature when you come to use it. Also included is an air blower to inject supercharged air throughout the tubs delivering a pleasant all over massage. The spa pack can be housed close to the wooden hot tub or in a remote plant room, the choice is yours. If you choose to keep the spa pack close to the unit, a teak wooden housing is available (for an extra cost) to keep the spa pack protected from the elements. The tubs have good insulation properties and with a smaller surface area the heat losses are reduced in comparison to an acrylic spa.
Jets - Teak Hot Tubs come with 8 or 18 jet configurations as standard. Further jets can be custom made to suit your requirements.
