Winter Covers form an essential part of the pool winterisation process. Designed 2 ft / 0.6m larger to keep the pool clear of leaves and other debris, but allow rain water through, they will also reduce the risk of frost damage and a safety element for small animals. Almost any shape and size of pool can be accommodated, including shaping for roman steps and ladder entry points.

Which Cover?

Firstly the material for all options is the same - A high quality woven, UV stabilised Polyethylene fabric which are stitched with anti-rot thread, anti-abrasion strips and PVC reinforcement affixed at potentially high wear areas (all 4 corners). You will need to decide which fixings you want and then whether you want extra stength which is the Criss Cross material - strong reinforcing straps spanning the width and length of the cover (approx 4'6" spacing).

Premium & Premium Criss Cross: Designed for pool surrounds which don't have a solid anchor point like a patio, so perfect for decking or grass. Consists of straps coming off the cover which then hooks onto the Stainless Steel P Pin that goes into the ground. (6mm drill bit required for P Pin).

Deluxe & Deluxe Criss Cross: Most popular fixing - Comes with straps that come off the cover which are then connected to Stainless Steel Springs (for tensioning) and then fixed onto the Stainless Steel P Pins that go in the ground. (6mm drill bit required for P Pin).

European Flush Fix Deluxe & Deluxe Criss Cross: Suitable for European Pools where it is required for safety - consists of straps coming off the cover connected to a different style stainess steel spring which hooks on to a brass flush mounted anchor - to create a less prodruding fixture surrounding the pool. (20mm drill bit required for P Pin).

We can make any shape and size cover so if you can't see your pool size below just phone us for a quote. Pool Winter Covers are supplied 2ft larger then the actual pool width and length therefore a 10ft x 20ft pool would have a cover made to 12ft x 22ft. NB:
