Gardipool? sold directly by 1st-direct.com, is a concept in swimming pools based on a unique, patented system of dovetail joints.The basic structure is made from autoclaved pinewood planks 45mm wide.The joints are reinforced by a stainless steel threaded bar which allows you to tighten the frame at any time and also makes it easy to take apart.The dovetail joints mean there are no protruding parts, so it's as safe and child friendly as can be.The extra thick pool borders are clipped on top of the basic structure. They're made in one piece to avoid any distortion.The borders are held in place by lateral supports which hide the fasteners and create a visually pleasing finish.Tubing is attached using special connectors, so there's no need for glue or other fasteners.A standard GardiPool consists of : ? wooden frame (45mm) in treated red fir (grade 4)? one-piece wooden border in treated red fir? wooden external stairs in treated red fir, internal stairs in stainless steel? all fittings in stainless steel? anti-bacterial felt - cut at the right size? liner 75°°, light blue? sand filter including all accessories (hoses, connectors, sand)? start-up maintenance kit + cleaning kit? the rectangular models have galvanised metal supports?
