"Suberbly designed and eminently efficient Heat Perfector has no secrets and boasts exclusive solid state temperature control with dual thermostat. Internal valveing automatically compensates for day to day changes in pool hydraulics and the exclusive refrigeration receiver permits greater charge so allows the unit supply heat to the pool at lower outdoor temperatures. The top mounted fan brings higher efficiency than that of side mounted versions and the titanium heat exchanger provides total compatibility with standard or salt chlorinated pools."

Had some hassle at the outset thinking it was a faulty unit when infact I had plumbed it in the wrong way. All works really well now. Very satisfied with the unit - thanks again 1st Direct.

I have the 32kW and it's just perfect for the job. Got delivered overnight and installation was a breeze. Works very well - very impressed. Be warned though - the inlet/outlet symbols are mis-leading on the side of the unit - make sure you check first or plumb as per the instruction sheet.
