Working Principle - How it works?

Heat Converter Heat Pumps consume 1KW electric energy utilising the refrigerant to produce 4.5KW of heat from air through the evaporator. The refrigerant combines the heat from the air and the waste energy from the electric motor, it then compresses into a high temperature vapour. After being squeezed into the titanium heat exchanger where it heats the water and it will change to cool and high pressure liquid. Then the refrigerant enters into the electronic expansion valve and becomes a low pressure and low temperature liquid and then starts the cycle again.

Rigorous Quality Control

• Titanium heat exchanger and piping system: up to 24hours of pressure keeping test before assembly.
• Control system: up to 6 hours of accelerated aging test.
• All pipe system after welding, up to 1 hour leakage test.
• Complete system: up to 1 hour of real time running test.
