A granular shock is a high concentration of chlorine which when added to the pool will shock to remove algae growth.

Multi Function Shock Chlorine and Clarifier (Calcium Hypochlorite Blend).
Directions for Use:
- 1. Adjust pool water pH to between 7.2 and 7.4.
- 2. If algae is present, thoroughly brush pool surfaces before using product.
- 3. Ensure filtration is running when adding this product.
- 4. Pre-dissolve granule into a clean plastic bucket filled with pool water.
- 5. Allow product to dissolve for at least 20 minutes, stir with a plastic spoon before very slowly pouring the solution directly into the pool immediately above the return inlet.
- 6. Add 650g per 45 cubic metres (10,000 gallons) of pool water. Where algae is present, double dose.
- 7. Never mix directly with other chlorine products. Do not pour into pool skimmer containing chlorine tablets.
- 8. After adding this porduct, wait for at least 30 minutes before allowing the pool to be used.
- 9. Ensure that chlorine level in pool water drops 3 parts per million before allowing pool to be used. Leave pool cover off until chlorine level drops to below 3 parts per million.
