I had a problem with my swimming pool and needed advise as well as replacement parts and chemicals. I found it extremly easy to find most of my answers on your website and ordered all the parts I needed, the prices amazed me, they are so cheap and the speed of the delivery was amazing. I also phoned for further advise and the help I received from the girls and the amount of technical knowledge they have is unbelievable. Can't praise the staff enough at 1st direct. I run a small swimming pool maintenance company and don't have the time or money to spend sorting issues with delivery and faults. The team at 1st direct have sorted any problems promptly, delivered on time (with a friendly delivery guy) have been really professional, friendly and a plesure to deal with. Can't praise the team enough. Special mention to Francesca who dealt with a technical problem I had with a heater.
