Indoor Foam Supercover - Comes Fully Hemmed
The Supercover is considered to be the best heat retention cover available in today's market. It was designed for commercial or school swimming pools, but it can be used to give the same effect on a private domestic pool too. The fabric is made from closed cell PE foam, which is laminated and sealed between a strong woven polyethylene top sheet and a clear protective skin. The material is very dense and will therefore keep light penetration to a minimum and help reduce algae growth. Some benefits of the Supercover:

Useful information about the Heat Retention Covers:
- Over 90% of a pool's heat is lost via the water surface; this can be reduced by using a heat retention cover
- Reduce humidity levels
- Reduce the need for heating and ventilation
- Installs on most pool types including free-form pools
- Covers should recoup their costs from energy saving within twelve months
- Covers over 12m should have reinforcing and a leading edge
- Covers are despatched in roll form
- Packaging adds approximately 150mm to cover width
- Perfect lay flat of this material cannot be guaranteed
- We work to +0.2% and -0.5% accuracy of any dimension
Shaping Charge per sq ft - For any pool that has a shape other than a standard rectangle i.e. Kidney shape - simply work out the sq ft and multiply by the price
What is hemming? Well hemming is an extra strip of reinforced material added to the perimeter of the pool to help seal the ends of the cover to prevent tearing and extend the life expectancy of the cover. Also the hemming creates a more aesthetically pleasing cover.
Hemming is an extra on top of the cover price and is calculated by working out the perimeter of the pool - to the nearest foot - and then multiply by the price.
Step Bay Charge - Standard Roman End prices should all ready be calculated however this is the shaping charge only, you will need to add on the material price which is the area (sq ft) of the step area then multiplied by the price.
