Lo-Chlor Starver. Phosphates ate THE major food source for algae in pool water. Removing these phosphates with Lo-Chlor Starver ensures algae control is a breeze.
Directions for Use: INITIAL DOSE: Use Starver Test Kit to establish phosphate level - if reading is higher that 200 ppb (0.2ppm) complete the following procedure. Add Starver Pool Maintenance at a rate of 500mls per 50,000 litres of water every 2-3 days. If the phosphate level is 1ppm or higher, add 1litre 9Double dose) per 50,000 litres of water. Once you have completed the treatment take a water sample (in a clean container) to be tested for phosphates by your local pool professional.
MAINTENANCE DOSE: Once you have achieved the desired phosphate reading, 0-200 ppb (0-0.2ppm) a maintenance dose will be required. Add 500mls of Starver Pool Maintenance per 50,000 litres water every 2 weeks. Regular checks should be undertaken by your local pool professional, its odeal to check both pool water and mains (tap) water.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Adjust pool water pH to between 7.2 - 7.6 2. Before adding product, check filter pressure and clean/backwash filter if required. 3. "Shake To Wake" shake the container for a minimum of 30 seconds before use. 4. Measure the required quantity for your pool. 5. Add product slowly directly into the skimmer box with filtration pump running - normal/filtration cycle setting. 6. When adding large volumes of Starver, 1ltr or more, monitor filter pressure during addition. 7. This product is compatible with all pool sanitisers, fishponds, salt water and fresh water aquariums.
